چکیده

Objectives: To find the clinical efficacy and safety of adipose tissue stem cell exosomes as an adjuvant therapy after application fractional CO2 laser for acne scars. Introduction:While ablative FCL resurfacing has demonstrated in scar treatment, patients need better improvement scars sustain side-effects post-procedural wound healing. Therefore, ASCE been tried, with synergistic effects augmenting treatment responses reducing adverse through its potential to accelerate regeneration Material/Method:25 subjects atrophic scars(ECCA scores 50<) were enrolled. The entire face each patient was treated 10,600-nm FCL. parameters determined based on patient’s condition follows: 7.2–9.0 mJ, 240–300 μs duration, 0.8–1.0 mm density All 1 ml either gel or control half according random assignment finishing treatment. For next two days instructed apply solution designated twice a day. Results:ASCE side had significant reduction ECCA score from baseline at first posttreatment visit second post-treatment visit. At final visit, reduced by 32.5% ASCE, which significantly greater than Mean reductions analyzed subtype scar. Both V- U-shaped decreases both sides, however M- shaped ASCE-treated showed improvement. Conclusion:ASCE more favorable responses, shorter recovery time, fewer combination scarring. co-treatment this novel material devices may provide treatments.

Combined Fractional Treatment of Acne Scars Involving Non-ablative 1,550-nm Erbium-glass Laser and Micro-needling Radiofrequency: A 16-week Prospective, Randomized Split-face Study.

An optimized therapeutic regimen involving a non-ablative fractionated laser or radiofrequency therapy for acne scars has not yet been established. To evaluate whether the combination of a non-ablative fractional laser (NAF) and fractional micro-needling radiofrequency (FMR) has clinical advantages for the treatment of atrophic acne scars compared with NAF alone, a 16-week prospective, randomiz...

Melasma treatment with pulsed-dye laser and triple combination cream: a prospective, randomized, single-blind, split-face study.

R ecent data show that melasma lesions have, in addition to increased pigmentation, more elastosis and vascularization than perilesional skin. The stabilized formulation of Kligman preparation has shown significant improvements in the treatment of melasma. However, most of the treatments only target the pigmentation, and none of them has been demonstrated so far to prevent the frequent relapses...

Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing for atrophic acne scars: a randomized controlled trial with blinded response evaluation.

BACKGROUND The treatment of acne scars with fractional CO(2) lasers is gaining increasing impact, but has so far not been compared side-by-side to untreated control skin. OBJECTIVE In a randomized controlled study to examine efficacy and adverse effects of fractional CO(2) laser resurfacing for atrophic acne scars compared to no treatment. METHODS Patients (n = 13) with atrophic acne scars ...

Comparison of a fractional microplasma radio frequency technology and carbon dioxide fractional laser for the treatment of atrophic acne scars: a randomized split-face clinical study.

BACKGROUND No studies have compared fractional microplasma radio frequency (RF) technology with the carbon dioxide fractional laser system (CO2 FS) in the treatment of atrophic acne scars in the same patient. OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy and safety of fractional microplasma RF with CO2 FS in the treatment of atrophic acne scars. METHODS AND MATERIALS Thirty-three Asian patients receive...
